Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

We arrange customs clearance through our shipping partners and cover applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. You do not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

If you receive a request to pay import charges, please contact us with your order number before making payment so we can resolve it with our shipping partner.
