Start with a professional fitting
A jeweler can measure the finger you plan to wear your ring on and help you check the fit over your knuckle. This is the most reliable starting point.
Measure a ring you already wear
Choose a round ring that fits the same finger comfortably. Measure straight across the inside, from edge to edge, in millimeters. Do not include the metal.
Match your measurement to the chart. If it falls between sizes, ask a jeweler to confirm the best fit before ordering.

Choose the right finger
Check the finger and hand you will wear the ring on. A ring that fits one finger may not fit another.
Consider the band
Wider bands and rings worn together can feel different from a single narrow band. Try a similar width when checking your size.
